DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Revisions to Federal Acquisition Regulation Limitations on Subcontracting

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are proposing changes to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to update requirements for subcontracting limitations and the nonmanufacturer rule, as mandated by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
