DOD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule on Certification of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses

The Department of Defense (DOD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are issuing an interim rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and implement the final rules published by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to certify service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, as mandated by the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022.
