GSA Issues Final Rule to Update Federal Advisory Committee Management Regulations
The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a final rule to update the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) to clarify Federal Advisory Committee Management Act (FACA) requirements and incorporate legislative and policy changes since its last update in July 2001.
