Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05; Small Entity Compliance Guide

The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and NASA jointly issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide to help small businesses comply with the updated rules in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05, which amends the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
