DoD, GSA, and NASA Propose Changes to Federal Acquisition Regulation for Puerto Rican Small Businesses

The Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and National Aeronautics and Space Administration are proposing amendments to the Federal Acquisition Regulation to encourage small businesses in Puerto Rico and other US territories to participate in the Small Business Administration's mentor-protégé program, with the goal of increasing economic opportunities for these communities.
