GSA Proposes to Rescind Excluded Parties List System
The General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to eliminate the Excluded Parties List System, a system that tracks individuals excluded from federal government procurement and nonprocurement programs, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
