BOEMRE Publishes Interim Final Rule to Enhance Safety Measures for Oil and Gas Development on the Outer Continental Shelf

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) has issued an interim final rule to correct a mistake in the 2010 regulations, restoring a deleted sentence to clarify safety measures for oil and gas exploration and development on the Outer Continental Shelf.
