DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule to Increase Congressional Committee Notification Threshold Under FAR

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to increase the approval threshold for Congressional committee notification, as mandated by the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023.
