South Coast Conduit/Upper Reach Reliability Project Final EIS/EIR Released

The Bureau of Reclamation and the Cachuma Operation and Maintenance Board have released a Final Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report (EIS/EIR) for the South Coast Conduit/Upper Reach Reliability Project, a water supply improvement project for customers on Santa Barbara County's South Coast. The project, which involves installing a second water pipeline, was made available for public comment from August 20, 2008, to October 3, 2008.
