DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule Prohibiting Procurement of Unmanned Aircraft Systems from Covered Foreign Entities

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued an interim rule to ban the purchase and operation of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) made by companies from countries subject to the American Security Drone Act.
