Notice of Realty Action; Recreation and Public Purposes Act Classification for Conveyance of Public Lands in San Juan County, UT

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has classified a 2.5-acre public land parcel in San Juan County, Utah, for conveyance to the county under the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, as amended. San Juan County plans to build a multi-purpose municipal building in Mexican Hat, Utah, to house fire and emergency services, office space, equipment storage, weatherization services, and an elections office.
