Notice of Availability for Final Environmental Impact Statement and Floodplain Assessment for Lynden and Sumas Land Ports of Entry Modernization Projects

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Customs and Border Protection has made available the Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the modernization and expansion of the Lynden and Sumas Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) in Washington, which examines potential environmental impacts and includes a Floodplain Assessment and Statement of Findings.
