Federal Acquisition Regulation: Certification of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have adopted the final version of a rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement the Small Business Administration's (SBA) final rules, which were published in response to the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Years 2021 and 2022.
