GSA Proposes Updates to Real Property Disposition Policies and Procedures

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is proposing to update its real property disposition policies and procedures to align with the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act's process and to address considerations needed at each stage of disposal. The proposed rule aims to help Federal landholding agencies understand their responsibilities and engage with GSA to meet their real property goals and objectives.
