U.S. International Trade Commission Implements Changes to Harmonized Tariff Schedule, US Trade Representative Makes Conforming Amendment

The USITC implemented changes to the HTSUS on January 1, 2024, prompting USTR to make a conforming amendment to a previously reinstated exclusion related to China's Acts, Policies and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation.
