Korea Announces Effective Date for Modification to US-Korea Free Trade Agreement Rules of Origin

Korea has completed its procedures to implement changes to its rules of origin under the US-Korea Free Trade Agreement, with the modification taking effect on May 19, 2024, according to the US Trade Representative's notice published on April 19, 2024.
