U.S. Trade Representative Announces Modifications to Section 301 Investigation of China's Acts and Policies

The U.S. Trade Representative will open an electronic portal for exclusion requests on October 15, 2024, and sets out procedures for submitting requests for certain machinery used in domestic manufacturing, following the announcement of 14 temporary exclusions for solar manufacturing equipment.
