U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Self-Balancing Electric Skateboards

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has begun an investigation into Future Motion, Inc. of Santa Cruz, California, alleging violations of U.S. Patent No. 9,400,505 related to self-balancing electric skateboards, following a complaint filed on December 5, 2023.
