US Commission Schedules Expedited Review of Clad Steel Plate from Japan

The US Commission is set to review whether revoking the antidumping duty order on clad steel plate from Japan would lead to continued material injury, following a request from the US Trade Representative, in accordance with the Tariff Act of 1930, and the scheduled review is expected to be completed within five years.
