U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Replacement Automotive Lamps

The U.S. International Trade Commission has closed an investigation into allegations of intellectual property infringement by Kia Corporation and Kia America, Inc. after determining that the complainants failed to prove a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
