U.S. International Trade Commission Cancels Exclusion Orders and Terminates Rescission Proceeding for Certain Tobacco Heating Articles and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to cancel the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders related to certain tobacco heating articles and components, and has also terminated the rescission proceeding.
