US International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337, Issues Exclusion Order and Cease and Desist Order Against Chinese Companies
The US International Trade Commission has determined a violation of Section 337 and issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order against two Chinese companies, Green Giant and Utopban, for importing and selling raised garden beds in the US.
