Nano Fire LLC and Defender Safety, LLC File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Technology

Nano Fire LLC of Plainview, New York and Defender Safety, LLC of Plainview, New York have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain companies are infringing on patents related to aerosol fire extinguishing technology, and requesting the Commission to investigate and issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
