U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Medtronic for Patent Infringement

Medtronic, Inc. and its subsidiaries have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission, alleging that a competitor has infringed on two of their patents, and requesting an investigation and potential exclusion order.
