U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Bio-Layer Interferometers and Components

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review a ruling that found no violation of Section 337 and will modify the ruling, ultimately concluding that there is no violation of the law.
