U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination in Compact Wallet Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation involving compact wallets and components, and has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against several companies, including Rosemar Enterprises LLC d/b/a RossM Wallet, INSGG, Shenzhen Swztech Co., Ltd. d/b/a SWZA, and Shenzhen Pincan Technology Co., Ltd. d/b/a ARW-Wallet.
