USITC Vacates Patent-Related Decision, Terminates Rescission Proceeding

The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) has vacated a portion of its final determination related to an expired patent, instituted a rescission proceeding, and rescinded remedial orders based on the patent, effectively terminating the rescission proceeding.
