U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Pick-Up Truck Folding Bed Cover Systems
The U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a general exclusion order and cease and desist orders against two companies, RDJ Trucks, LLC and Trek Power, Inc., for violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has terminated the investigation.
