U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of NAND Memory Device Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that ended an investigation into NAND memory devices and electronic devices containing the same, following a settlement agreement and withdrawal of the complaint.
