U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Certain Portable Battery Jump Starters and Components Thereof

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided to partially review and ultimately confirm a ruling by an administrative law judge that found no evidence of a violation of Section 337. As a result, the investigation has been closed.
