U.S. International Trade Commission Finds Violation of Section 337 in Certain Semiconductor Devices Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found a violation of Section 337 in an investigation into Certain Semiconductor Devices, and Methods of Manufacturing Same and Products Containing the Same. The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders, and set a bond of 5% of the entered value for covered articles imported or sold during the period of Presidential review.
