DuPont Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Flash-Spun Nonwoven Materials and Products

DuPont has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain flash-spun nonwoven materials and products containing the same have been imported into the US in violation of trade secrets and proprietary information, threatening to destroy or substantially injure the US industry.
