U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Synthetic Braiding Hair Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting JBS Hair, Inc.'s motion to amend the complaint and add JMS Trading Corp. as a respondent in an investigation into certain pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging.
