U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into NETCONF Equipment

The U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that no violation of section 337 occurred in an investigation into Certain Networking Equipment Supporting NETCONF, and has terminated the investigation after reviewing and affirming an initial determination of non-infringement and granting a motion to intervene by third party Xenogenic Development, LLC.
