USPTO Corrects Patent Fee Rule Errors

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is making minor corrections to a final rule setting patent fees, which was published in the Federal Register on November 20, 2024, as part of its efforts to implement the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA) and the Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act of 2018 (SUCCESS Act).
