USPTO Requests Comments on WIPO Treaty on Intellectual Property, Genetic Resources and Associated Traditional Knowledge

The US Patent and Trademark Office is seeking public input on the World Intellectual Property Organization Treaty, adopted by WIPO Member States in 2024, and will hold a hearing to discuss potential US implementation.
