U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Delegates Falconry Permitting Authority to Eight States

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has agreed to delegate falconry permitting authority to the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Maine, Michigan, Missouri, South Dakota, and Washington, following a review of their regulations and supporting materials.
