Mandatory Toy Safety Standards: Requirements for Neck Floats

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is issuing a final rule to establish performance requirements for neck floats and revised labeling requirements to address fatal hazards associated with these toys, as mandated by Section 106(a) of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008.
