Small Business Lending Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B); Extension of Compliance Dates

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is extending the compliance dates for its 2023 small business lending rule due to ongoing litigation, and making other adjustments to conform to the new dates.
