CFPB Proposes Modification to Privacy Act System of Records
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is proposing to modify a current Privacy Act System of Records to manage the distribution of the Civil Penalty Fund and redress monies to consumers, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974.
