FCC Seeks Comments on Sorenson Communications Petition for Partial Reconsideration of VRS and IP CTS Rules

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comment on a petition by Sorenson Communications, LLC, to reconsider a rule change that allows new and changing VRS and IP CTS users to start using the services without delay while completing the user registration process.
