Federal Communications Commission Amends Rules to Secure Communications Supply Chain

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended its rules to prohibit the authorization and marketing of equipment posing a national security risk, as mandated by the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 and the Secure Equipment Act of 2021.
