FCC Reaffirms Authority to Implement Martha Wright-Reed Act for Interstate Inmate Calling Services

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has reaffirmed its authority to modify data collection for the Martha Wright-Reed Just and Reasonable Communications Act of 2022, which aims to improve interstate inmate calling services.
