Federal Communications Commission Implements Low Power Protection Act

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public comment on how to implement the Low Power Protection Act, which provides low power television stations with a limited window to apply for primary spectrum use status as Class A television stations, enacted on January 5, 2023.
