FCC Amends Rule for Mandatory Electronic Filing of System Security and Integrity Policies and Procedures Documents

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has amended a rule to require telecommunications providers to use the CALEA Electronic Filing System (CEFS) for certain filings, available at https://www.fcc.gov/cefs, in compliance with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA).
