BOEMRE Invites Submissions for Commercial Leases for Wind Power Offshore Massachusetts

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Regulation and Enforcement (BOEMRE) is seeking interest in obtaining commercial leases for wind energy projects on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) offshore Massachusetts, as required by the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Parties can submit detailed information and comments on environmental issues to gauge interest in commercial development of OCS wind resources in the area.
