Federal Communications Commission Takes Steps to Combat Spoofed Robocalls

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is strengthening and expanding caller ID authentication and robocall mitigation obligations, and creating new mechanisms to hold providers accountable for violating the Commission's rules, in an effort to combat illegally spoofed robocalls.
