FCC Proposes Modification to Investigative and Audit Files System

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing changes to its Investigative and Audit Files system, subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, to update the system's scope and exemptions, in order to comply with the agency's duties and responsibilities.
