Radio Broadcasting Services; Puhi, Hawaii - Request for Comments on Proposed FM Channel Allotment

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by SSR Communications, Inc. to allot Channel 284A to Puhi, Hawaii, as the community's first local service, with a site restriction of 10.8 km west of the community.
