FCC Proposes Modification to Telecommunications Relay Service-User Registration Database System

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is proposing to modify its internet-based Telecommunications Relay Service-User Registration Database (ITRS-URD) Program, which contains personally identifiable information, to comply with the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended.
